Tip Top Meats is one of Victoria’s leading purveyors of fine meats to the food services industry. Established by Rino De Bortoli in Lygon St Carlton in the 1960’s, today Tip Top Meats operates a 5,500 square metre state-of-the-art meat processing facility.

Tip Top Meats was experiencing growth that required greater demands for both reporting and visibility of their profit margins. At the same time, the meat processor’s production facility lacked a supporting inventory system, highlighting a significant business weakness.
