What FUJIFILM MicroChannel did

Legacy is a charity providing services to Australian families suffering after the injury or death of a spouse or parent, during or after their defence force service. Legacy cares for 52,000 beneficiaries, including 1,845 children and disabled dependants throughout Australia.

Legacy was faced with the challenge of shifting from an unsupported Oracle database version for CRM. The system became expensive to maintain and potentially posed a business continuity risk.
The options were to replace the database with Microsoft SQL Server or take a step back, look at the system as a whole and move to a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales)
