The Sales Qualification Agent, first introduced in the previous releases, is now even better:
• It can handle cold leads by automatically writing personalized emails as a reminder and answering common questions.
• When a lead shows interest in buying, the system passes it to a human agent to continue the conversation.

2. New Supervisor Workspace
Supervisors can manage leads more effectively:
• They can see which leads haven’t responded after multiple attempts.
• The system shows useful details, suggests next steps, and allows easy reassignment to other agents.

3. Build your own AI Agent
You can now build your own agent using your favorite AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude:
• With the Model Context Protocol Server, you can create agents that help with tasks like finding information, qualifying leads, sending emails, and more.
• All of this can be done in Copilot Studio, giving you more control and flexibility.

4. Sales Research Agent for better insights
